A: AI diagnosis is for reference only. For accurate diagnosis, please consult an expert through the Plant Hospital feature. Taking clear photos in bright conditions can also improve accuracy.
Q: I want to delete my account
A: You can proceed in App Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. Please note that all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Q: Plant photos won't upload
A: Please check if camera and photo access permissions are enabled. You can check permissions in Settings > ffroom > Camera, Photos.
Q: I'm not receiving notifications
A: Check if ffroom app notification permissions are enabled in device settings. Also check notification options in app settings.
Q: Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
